For those of you coming in Friday night for the Lenten dinner special, the dinner will be Flounder stuffed with crabmeat, peppers & onions dusted with paprika & served with lemon dill butter, rice pilaf & vegetable medley. For those of you coming in to eat Irish and listen to Rich Carty play Irish music we'll have plenty of Irish fare like the Bangers with Mash served with sweet & sour slaw pictured here. The Irish fare will be available for lunch & dinner on Friday & Saturday.
While you're in Mill Race Village this weekend stop in to The Robin's Nest for plenty of Irish fare. In honor of St Patrick's Day, on Friday & Saturday for lunch & dinner we will be serving, corned beef & cabbage, bangers & mashed, Irish potatoes, homemade soda bread as well as Harp & Guinness beer. And, Rich Carty will be playing Irish music on Saturday evening on the hammered dulcimer. If it's Irish, we've got it this weekend.

The RVRHS Choir is off to NYC today to perform at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Robin’s Nest’s box lunches are going along with them on the bus trip. Robin & the team were up early getting everything freshly made, boxed up & delivered.

The Wheel of the Year is an annual cycle of 4 or 8 seasonal festivals, solstices or equinoxes. Observing the cycle of the seasons has been important to many people, both ancient and modern, and many contemporary Pagan festivals are based to varying degrees on folk traditions. Cheerful Dreams in Mill Race Village will be holding classes on the Wheel of the Year in the Pagan tradition, tool building leading up to the ritual. Taught by Nicole and Amy there is a Parent/Child class on alternating Saturdays beginning 2/23 from 3-5PM for $25/class. And on alternating Saturdays beginning 2/16 from 3-5PM for $35/class they will be teaching the same class for individuals 18 and older. More information and reservations at 609-261-1252
